Form 1040
Form 1040 is used by U.S. taxpayers to file an annual income tax return.
Form 1040 SR

Form W-9

Form W-2
Every employer engaged in a trade or business who pays remuneration, including
noncash payments of $600 or more for the year for services performed by an
employee must file a Form W-2 for each employee from whom Income,
Social Security, or Medicare tax was withheld.
Form 9465
Use Form 9465 to request a monthly installment plan if you cannot pay the
full amount you owe shown on your tax return.
Form 2848
Use Form 2848 to authorize an individual to represent you before the IRS.
The individual you authorize must be a person eligible to practice before the IRS.
Form W-7
Use Form W-7 to apply for an IRS individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN).
You can also use this form to renew an existing ITIN that is expiring or that has
already expired.
